Smooth and Helpful Stay

Jannai made check-in smooth! I felt relaxed and ready for my experience. Mayank helped me retrieve my ring from the sink. He saved my trip. Abdullahi greeted me with a friendly smile and gave me all the information I needed. Pravalika assisted me through the breakfast system, doing everything to help at the table.
The lobby had a few leaks from heavy rainfall. The staff dealt with it well.

The hotel provides luggage storage. This service is free of charge. The hotel has great amenities. I did not use the on-site pub, restaurant, or cafe.

Bakri, the reception manager, was helpful . I appreciated his efficiency and willingness to assist with any questions I had. The location was convenient, as it provided easy access to the main attractions. The breakfast offered a filling start to the day, which I found quite delicious.
The room was located near a busy street, so there was significant noise from traffic during the night. This. The constant sounds of cars and motorcycles proved disruptive.

i stayed in a city sleeper single room. the room included a tv with several channels. tea and coffee making facilities were available. the bathroom was clean and the shower had good water pressure.
there was no air conditioning in the room , and it got quite warm during the day. also , the soundproofing was not great , i could hear noise from the hallway and other rooms.

I was charmed by my stay. Ash at the pub remembered my usual order from months ago. facundo helped organize group transport quickly and efficiently. rahul, the receptionist, gave clear directions and information upon arrival. I found him very helpful.
My room lacked a toilet brush. It was a slight inconvenience.

Clean and Convenient Stay

The location was GREAT!!! Jannai, the receptionist, provided early check-in. The beds were very comfortable, and the towels felt beautifully soft.
The luggage storage process was HORRIBLE. Rude people were not respecting queues or personal space. Management needs a better system.

The hotel is round the corner from Russell Square and a short subway ride from King's Cross. The British Museum is also very close. Many shops and restaurants are within WALKING distance of the hotel.
